We leave for Student Life Youth Camp tomorrow at 3pm and will return late friday night! We are taking 28 students and 4 adult sponsors and 1 college student sponsor! We've never been to this camp before so we're excited! David Nasser is the camp pastor and the Steve Fee Band is doing worship. It's located at Windermere Conference Center on Lake Ozark.
then we have VBS as soon as we get back from camp. Brian is teaching the pre-teen class.
breakdown of the last 36 hours....yesterday i worked till 2 pm...met Connie in Texas to give Mattie to her. drove back to ruston w/ ryder who was extremely upset that he wasn't staying w/ aunt connie, mattie, mia, and jules!!! get home...while ryder was taking a bath the water pipe busted in the wall behind their bath tub. i was just fixing to start washing clothes so obviously that was put to a halt. today brian fixed that today for cheap - PRAISE GOD! i met Sue in Saline to give Ryder to her this afternoon. tonight i'm washing clothes and packing. tomorrow we leave.
go go go go go go go! can't slow down now!

very cool. i've actually been to windermere. how weird. i went to a clay crosse concert there back in the day...i was already in missouri taking a class there during the summer. ahh, so random, the whole thing. but, just thought i'd share. from what i remember it was a pretty cool place. it is vague in my memory...that was a long time ago (12 years...eeesh!!). anyhoo, have a great time!!
Have fun at camp and VBS. Glad you got the pipe fixed and for cheap. Too bad we didn't get to see each other when you came to Texas. When are you coming back? Maybe we could hook up...even if it's for a coke or ice cream or something if you are meeting Connie again. I'll drive wherever.

It is a small world, we have family that lives on Lake Ozark! I'm sure you'll enjoy it, very nice area.
